The replacement of playgrounds is based on review of equipment’s compliance with national playground safety standards, age of the equipment, and play opportunity. The proposed plans will be on display at Lay Park, located at 297 Hoyt Street, starting Monday, February 4 and will remain on display through February 14. The public is invited to an open house to review the proposed plans and indicate their preferred selections. The open house is scheduled for Thursday, February 14 from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. at Lay Park, located at 297 Hoyt Street.
